It all starts with an assessment. That's where we get to find out where you are at and what our path forward will entail. The TPI system screens a golfer for strength, power, mobility and even cardio. By progressing or regressing exercises based on resistance, posture or movement complexity, we will be able to more effectively attack physical limitations that might be inhibiting your swing.

If you are currently working with a Golf Pro, I can communicate with them to coordinate our efforts for maximum results. I have extensive experience working with injuries and physical limitations and will work to improve overall mobility as well as the golf specific movements.
This program can be done in-person or online if you have access to fitness equipment.
